Next month we will go to hike Mt. KK lol... i juz want to make a reminder... what we should prepare for hiking Mt KK...  i  think most of u already know...

 

I juz write what the basic... if i lost anything.. plz remind me also.. thanx..

 

 

1. The warm cloths or jacket... better bring winter jacket...  block wind is best
2. The shoe... dun wear the normal sport shoes... coz.. it will slip. U can buy a the shoe... malaysian will call it "adidas kampung" ( i have attached the pic) It is cost RM5 or RM6...u also can buy it frm kk park thr... but they will sell more expensive lol..  Of coz u can buy more better shoe if u need it.. This is juz the cheapest choose.

I think there's a shop selling in Kuchai Lama, near Wisma FGA

1. The head light
2. Cap... it can help for ease headache...
3. Exchange socks... it can ease cool at night... (optional)
4. Tongkat (optional).
5. Glove (water proof)

 Ths most important is do more training lol... if possible....

*Even sometime i jogging an hours... but everytime i go hike saga hills and apek hill (more difficult way) also feel tired (*only my status*)
